  These people are EXTREMELY RUDE! I would advise you NOT to do business with them ever. I called w ONE SIMPLE REQUEST to have my number removed after I had already asked for it to be removed last month I went through 7 reps over the course of 8 calls I got placed on infinity hold, hung up on, rude lip and no one knew how to find a corporate number and every single supervisor I spoke to hung up on me I spoke w Sarah and joe. Sarah was the WORST! She hung up on me EVERYTIME I spoke w her told me she was the highest of authority (some sup) then when I asked to file a complaint she continued to give me the run around, Until She was sick of dealing w me and my calls and low&& behold we have someone on the line (above her )who FINALLY can assist me with great customer service heather! (after 8 calls rude lip and hang ups) this place is this DISFUNCTIONAL and I can only imagine the hassle or run around you would get actually doing business w them! I believe the previous comment! I'm SUUURE she has gotten the run around because that's what I got and allll I wanted was my number removed because The gag is I have insurance !
  side note: I was forced to give them one star otherwise I wouldn't have been able to leave a comment . My TRUE RATING IS 0/5!
